Fusion understands the importance of providing not only a solid work environment, but one in which our employees can learn from each other and have fun doing it. For example, once a month, Fusion employees are given the opportunity to educate the company on topics aiming to improve the quality of work we provide our clients with. Our Education Sessions allow employees of all levels the opportunity to make a difference in the company.

Fusion also holds quarterly Tech Jeopardy contests to test our employees’ knowledge of the market they are working in. The questions focus on key media contacts, client information and successes, and industry trends/facts. Here, employees test their knowledge while sharing a laugh with co-workers. These are example of the many things we do to create an academic environment in which employee is educated and given the maximum opportunity to advance.
