ClickTale, an Israeli vendor of Web analytics, was seeking recognition for the company’s pioneering behavioral technology to build visibility in the US. Fusion helped establish ClickTale as customer experience experts by placing feature articles in top-tier business, consumer and technology outlets. With a desire for top tier press and a lack of hard funding or customer news, we pursued a contributed content strategy, resulting in a running blog column with Entrepreneur, Psychology Today, Wired, and placements in TNW, Forbes and TechCrunch.
